The Real Fresh italian Truffle

We source our truffles direct from our truffle hunters in Italy. These truffles have a reputation for quality not only because of the fertility of the woods where they grow, but also because of the care taken where they are gathered.

Truffle collection in Italy is regulated by strict controls and a regional law that defines how they are gathered and marketed. We package the truffles as soon as they are collected and ship them immediately with DHL, in a temperature-controlled environment, to reach us in London for direct delivery to you. For this reason, all our Truffles are sourced to order, and we have availability of every Italian seasonal varieties all year round. 

*NOTE*

It’s our choice to ask our truffle hunters to pack the truffles with their own soil as a protection for their aroma and freshness during the transportation, and to guarantee the genuineness of the product to our clients. 

When you receive them, truffles may still have a fine covering of soil or sand from when they were first unearthed. Consider that this can give rise to a 2-3% weight fluctuation after cleaning the truffle.
